Sincere Question:

Does a Concept of the object arise of its own accord in that Infinite
Consciousness (Or does a concept of the object arise of Brahaman’s Will
Himself? And the consciousness that is aware of this concept is known as
the mind. And thus, this activity of the mind becomes more extensive
circling within that consciousness and producing innumerable concepts
simultaneously.

Please do help me understand this in its clarity...
