[Advaita-l] ***UNCHECKED*** Sanatana Dharma and politics

I appreciate everyone's views, thank you.

As "advaitin's" we are more inclusive than excl;usive. To disregard
politics/national defence/civil issues/etc. would be to deny the Brahman in
them.

Such denials have been responsible for the 500 years of Muslim rule and 200
years of British rule.

While the sanctity of this list has to be maintained, it is essential to
"not throw the baby with the bathwater". Rules were made for men, not men
for rules.

A middle ground has to be treaded upon, it is easy to me too much "rules
cognizant", then again, Bhishma Pitamaha was an emblem of "old/outdated"
rules and had to be overthrown. Pranam,
