[Advaita-l] Regarding Introduction Panchayatan to Shanmata

Infact in the northern mathas such as Puri,badri etc. The pancha devata
Pooja alone is there. There is an absence of skanda. They cite the BSB
bhasya of sanatkumara being a rishi and not isvara.
