Namaste Subbuji,
That is certainly new information - I hadn't encountered the view that the
famous quote अध्यारोपापवादाभ्यां निष्प्रपञ्चं प्रपञ्च्यते was from the
uttaragItA. Do you happen to have a reference to a verse number? I have
read a statement, which appears speculative to me, that it is from
sundarapANDya's vArttika.

Re the AkhyAyikA from Br 2.1.20, Anandagiri says that it is from
draviDAchArya's work, again, name unknown.

तत्त्वमस्यादिवाक्यमैक्यपरं तच्छेषः सृष्ट्यादिवाक्यमित्युक्तेऽर्थे
द्रविडाचार्यसम्मतिमाह — अत्र चेति ।
