[Advaita-l] Panchayatana worship

Thank you.  I am aware of the different theoretical forms of the 
panchayatana.  (In fact some of the prayoga books cite this very shloka as 
a pramana.)  What I was wondering is if there are any examples in 
contemporary or historical _practice_.
