It is in Chanakya neeti 13th Chapter:

देहाभिमानगलिते ज्ञानेन परमात्मनः ।
यत्र यत्र मनो याति तत्र तत्र समाधयः ।।१३।।

When the body identification is gone, wherever the mind goes, that is every
thought,  can be a samadhi experience.
