Dear Questioner
There is no short cut/simplified version of SV as far as my knowledge 
goes.SV is not complete without Gayatri Manthra Japam which has to be 
recited  108 times thrice daily  or minimum of 36.In emergency times ten 
recitals are permitted.R.Krishnamoorthy.
