BTW, this quote comes first in Br. Up. II.4.14 and then again in IV.5.15 in the same upanishad.

tatkena kaM vijAnIyAdyeneda{\m+} sarva.n vijAnAti

.... translates as the signature I use. I may have picked the translation off
