Namaste Subbuji
In the northern Indian vedantic ashrams, the dasha shanti mantras are
different. All the shanti mantras of the different Upanishads are
collectively called the dasha shanti mantras. They are chanted daily prior
to ptb study along with Vedanta guruparamparA stotram.

I have certainly heard the dasha shanti mantras referenced in Sri Jayaraman
Ji’s blog from
Challakere brothers etc. but was curious to know if there is any detailed
background or rationale based on which these particular mantras (which no
doubt have suitable meaning and content) are chosen rather than others.
