[Advaita-l] Narada Purana - Returning to earth even after attaining the Vaishnava-Parama pada

Namaskara sir ,

This reminds me of reading somewhere that the bhakta having gone to
satyaloka ( the realm of his istha )receives Brahma gyana from the devta
and then proceeds to the final liberation at the time of pralaya . Is this
from the bhasya of Bhagvatpada?
