There is a Vaishnava Upanishad by name:

Tripad-Vibhuti-MahanArayana Upanishad

This is part of the 108 Upanishads listed in the Muktikopanishad and all
the 108 are commented upon by the Advaitin Upanishad Brahma Yogin.

The terms 'Mulavidya' and 'Advaita' occur multiple times in this Vaishnava
Upanishad.

It has the famous Shuka Rahasya Upanishad statement that is admitted by
Advaitins: कार्योपाधिरयं जीवः कारणोपाधिरीश्वरः ।

This Advaita-friendly tenet देशतः कालतो वस्तुतः परिच्छेदरहितं ब्रह्म ।
meaning Brahman is free of limitations of space, time and object. This
tenet is not admitted by Dvaitins wholly.
