[Advaita-l] A SIMPLE AND DIRECT WAY TO REALIZE ONE's true svarUpa Viz. ATMAN / Brahman

Dear  friends,
Kindly  refer to  my  previous  posting "What to realize?"
Mantra 4-4-23  of  Bruhadaranyaks Upanishad reads thus :
 AtmanyEvAtmAnaM  paSyati  sarvamAtmAnaM  paSyati  ||      Hesees the  Self in his own self (body); he sees all as the Self.
Now, the question arises : how does he see Atman within himself?
Upanishads  in  a  very  very  simple  and  direct  way  have  revealed  the  methodology  for cognizing  one's  true  nature  to  become  Atmavit  by using  the everyday  experiences  common  to  all human  beings .  Mantras  2-1--3 &  2-1-4  of  Kathopanishad  and  mantra  2-4  of  Kena  Upanishad and  Sri Shankara  has  written  commentaries  to  these  mantras   which   are   profound. This is  for  Sure.
