You just did :-)  This shloka if I recall correctly is mentioned in the 
Jivanamuktiviveka of Madhavacharya (purvashrama name of Swami Vidyaranya) 
it is a quotation from the Yoga Vasishtha.  (Or possibly the abridgement 
Laghu Yoga Vasistha as Subramanyamji suggests.)
