[Advaita-l] Atharva shikhopanishad paraphrased in the Shiva Puranam

In the Atharvashikhopanishat we have this passage:

'सर्वमिदं ब्रह्मविष्णुरुद्रेन्द्रास्ते सम्प्रसूयन्ते सर्वाणि चेन्द्रियाणि

  This statement about the Trimurtis, Indra, etc. being born of the
Supreme, Turiya, Shiva, is annotated in the Shiva Puranam thus:

In the 11th verse below the very words of the Upanishad are present with
only a slight variation:

declaration that the Vedanta purport is being stated and goes on to present
the Vedantic Brahman.  Shankara has cited the Shiva Puranam in the VSN
Bhashya for the name 'Rudra' as the 'Parama KaaraNam' which idea too is
present in the verse 9 below, as 'the Cause of all causes':

त्वं हि सर्वजगद्धाता सर्वकारणकारणम् ॥ ९ ॥
कः पुमान् सर्वतत्त्वेभ्यः पुराणः परतः परः ।
ब्रह्मोवाच
यतो वाचो निवर्तन्ते अप्राप्य मनसा सह ॥ १० ॥
यस्मात्सर्वमिदं *ब्रह्मविष्णुरुद्रेन्द्रपूर्वकम् ।*
*सहभूतेन्द्रियैः सर्वैः प्रथमं सम्प्रसूयते ॥ ११ ॥*
एष देवो महादेवः सर्वज्ञो जगदीश्वरः ।
