Here is an earlier post on this topic:

This verse from the Muktikopanishad is cited in the Panchadashi by Swami
Vidyaranya with a sight variation, to suit the context:

https://sanskritdocuments.org/doc_upanishhat/muktika.html?lang=sa

In the Panchadashi 4th Chapter :

https://sanskritdocuments.org/doc_z_misc_major_works/panchadashi.html?lang=sa

The Muktikopanishad is a dialogue between Sri Rama and Hanuman. We
find some other shlokas/mantras from this Upanishad cited by
Vidyaranya in the Jivanmukti viveka.

Thus, this Upanishad, which enumerates 108 Upanishads,

has been in vogue even as early as the 13 -14 Century CE, the period
close to Madhvacharya's lifetime.
