Here are the references to Lord Vishnu in the Bhamati:

Mangala shloka:

The author of the Bhamati, Sri Vachaspati Misra, pays obeisance to these
gods:

[Obeisance to Veda, Shiva, Aditya, Subrahmanya and Ganapati.]

While paying obeisance to Veda Vyasa, Vachaspati Misra refers to him as a
special incarnation of 'Bhagavan' Hari.

on the bhashya for the sutra शब्दादेव प्रमितः -

[Vishnupuranam where Vishnuparatvam]

He cites the Vishnu puranam. Below he makes a statement that is found in
the Bhashya several times to give the analogy 'just as the saalagrama is a
image which is worshiped as the abode of Vishnu:

Misra's epithet to Vishnu as Bhagavan 'Kamalanaabha' is noteworthy.

The above are general references, just as in the Bhashya in many places.
While Shankara has the trade mark 'saligrame/pratimayam vishnubuddhi', we
see the Bhamati using terms such as vasudeva, hari, kamalanabha..

That he is above the petty idea of sectarianism is proved in the above
