Who is the entity referred in BG 18.62 as 'Him = tam'?

In the Bh.Gita we have this verse:

तमेव शरणं गच्छ सर्वभावेन भारत।
तत्प्रसादात्परां शान्तिं स्थानं प्राप्स्यसि शाश्वतम्।।18.62।।
8.62 Take refuge in Him alone with your whole being, O scion of the Bharata
dynasty. Through His grace you will attain the supreme Peace and the
eternal Abode.

A question arises as to what or who is meant by the pronoun 'Him' in this
verse. In order to know this, we have to know who/what is the noun that is
at the basis of this pronoun.  The earlier verse there has this:
