A profound Vedantic meaning of 'Shiva' and 'vaak'

Brahmasri Nochur Venkataraman explains in a couple of minutes the meaning
of the name/word 'Shiva' from the invocatory verse of the SrikanTha
Brahmasutra bhashyam. The meaning of and role of 'vaak' that reveals the
Truth, the Atman, Shiva, is also stated.

The Mandukya Upanishad says about the Turiya: shaantam shivam advaitam sa
aatmaa sa vijneyah.

Here is the audio, in Tamil. Just a few seconds....

Shankara has said in the Brahmasutra bhashya: para matam apratishiddham
anumatam bhavati. [that which is non-contradictory to Vedanta is
admissible even though coming from a different doctrine.]
