The Multifaceted Jivanmukta

praNAms
Hare Krishna

The title itself shows that we have no other choice other than seeing the 'jeevanmukta' through his upAdhi-s. Yes, we the loukika-s bound to adjudge that that jnAni by such and such name is a miracle man, he is a good orator, a good singer, a good dancer, master in many academic subjects, a very convincing and strong proponent of dharma and its vidhi, a shrOtriya, a brahmanishTa etc. etc. But as we all know these qualities are mere his upAdhi lakshaNa-s and the Chaitanya which was / is / will ever be mukta is neither an orator nor singer nor siddha purusha or anything by any stretch of our imagination. He is shivaM, shantaM advaitam more importantly dvandvAteetaM and kevalo nirguNaH. So, if at all people looking at the versatility of mukta it is nothing but one upAdhi or upAdhi-s adjudging the skills and talents of other upAdhi-s in the limited boundaries (parichinnatvaM) of 'mukta' jeeva and baddha jeeva :-)

No offence is meant here with regard to the title of the book...just looking at it from another perspective.

Hari Hari Hari Bol!!!
