[Advaita-l] COGNIZNG & ABIDING IN ONE'S TRUE SVARUPA

Dear friends,Please ponder over the following pointer , based on shloka 7 
of Sri Dakshinamurti stotra, to cognize and abide 
in one's true svarUpa viz., AtmasvarUpa :
                         Examine your life in totality 
              ( taking into consideration all the states). 
   Discover your svarUpa  which does not come and and go.

Cognize your svarUpa which does not undergo  anychange, 
                    Cognize your nature which is 
                             SELF-LUMINOUS, 
                             SELF-ESTABLISHED, 
                             SELF-EVIDENT.

It is my firm conviction that IT is the most direct and 
the easiest methodology (prakriya) for Atmajnana.
