In the pdf uploaded I had missed out the inclusion of this particular entry:

*Mallinatha (14th Century CE) cites the Lalita Sahasra nama
‘कुरुविन्द्रमणिश्रेणिकनत्कोटीरशोभिता’ (…मण्डिता is another reading).*

Kindly include this entry while reading the pdf.
