Namaste.

Brihadaranyaka Upanishad. Yet, the Acharyas have emphasized that when the

Vivekachudamani has verses on this. >>,

Not so sure. It has been emphasized repeatedly that addressing the kArya
alone has only temporary result. It is essential to destroy kArya along
with kAraNa for permanent escape from samsAra. For example, rAga may be
overcome by effort. That would only destroy kArya. But later in the same
lifetime, circumstances may cause its reappearance. Or it may recur in
later births. Permanent cure is only jnAna which destroys kArya along with
the kAraNa namely avidyA. SamsAra tree has to be uprooted along with its
roots for mOksha.
