How is the anubhava different for one who holds Ishvara as the controller of dreams ?
does such jiva-s able to have sukha dreams all the time, without any nightmares?

At some places in shruti attributes creatorship to jeeva (example br.up. atha rathAn rathayOgAn pathaH srujate) and at some other place shruti says svapa katru is brahma..when jeeva is sleeping, this purusha is awake and he does the creation...(ya eshu supteshu jaagarti kAmam purushO nirmimANaH tadeva shukraM tadbrahma tadevaM amrutam uchyate) and again some other places shruti attributes svapna to the mind the upAdhi. The samanvaya of this is, Ishwara is the one who gives svapna to jeeva through his upAdhi. If jeeva does only puNya kArya, if jeeva entertains only auspicious thoughts, if jeeva's thoughts and deeds are shubhra, accordingly Ishwara projects the svapna in jeeva's dream using manOpAdhi. Hence svapna is the 'saMskAra vAsana' of jeeva which is the result of jeeva's saMskAra, karma in his waking state. 'As you sow shall you reap'. The srushti by brahman / Ishwara also like this only shruti / shankara clarifies. Ishwara does the srushti according to the various jeevas' karma. The kAraNa for the vishama srushti for the Ishwara is various jeeva-s various karma :' tadeva cha Ishwarasya phalahetutvaM yat svakarmAnurUpAH prajAH srujateeti. For the svapna prapancha the domain is jeeva, upAdhi is jeevOpAdhi mana, material is jeeva saMskAra...And for the jAgrat prapancha (Ishwara srushti) the domain is hiraNyagarbha, brahman is the abhinna nimittOpadAna kAraNa for the jagat srushti and apekshe / purpose is : to allow jeeva-s to experience their karma phala.
