Namaste

Very important reason why Draupadi's disrobing never happened is
Bhishma had taken a Brahmacharya vow. He was sitting there in the
Sabha. Duryodhana and Dushasana knew his Brahmacharya vow. How can
they make him see a nude woman and break it? They will not try to do
such a thing. But if you argue they were evil people and will try it
not caring about anyone. Bhishma would have walked out of the hall to
protect his vow seeing Dushasana trying to disrobe Draupadi. But he
did not walk out. That means Draupadi's disrobing incident never
happened. They did not even try to do it.
