An addition:  "mR^ityave svAhA mR^ityave svAhA ..": 10-58-1 taittirIya AraNyaka
Minor observation about double occurrence of the verse:
"ye te sahasramayutaM...sarvAnava yajAmahe": 10-57-1 of taittirIya AraNyaka (OR 3-10-8-2 of taittirIya BrAhmaNa)
Interesting note(s): -- 10-56-1, 10-57-1 and 10-58-1 of taittirIya AraNyaka are all recited towards the end of the Rudram, but not in sequential order like in the Veda!

-- 10-74-1 and 10-75-1 of taittirIya AraNyaka are both recited at the very end, but their order is interchanged in the standard Rudram chanting from their original order in the Veda! That is, recitation order in Rudram is: taittirIya AraNyaka 10-75-1, then 10-74-1 !

Subject: [Advaita-l] Rudram - Vedic references

Here are the verse references of the "Rudram" in the Krishna Yajur-Veda (taittirIya shAkhA), traced back to their original sources:

The main "rudraprashnaH" occurs in the taittirIya saMhitA 4-5-1-1 to 4-5-11-2:
It starts with, "namaste rudramanyava utota iShave namaH ."
And ends with, "taM vo jambhe dadhAmi ."

The closing verses have been selected from various miscellaneous sources:

"tryaMbakaM yajAmahe...mA.amR^itAt.h .": 10-56-1 of taittirIya AraNyaka
"yo rudro agnau yo...namo astu": 5-5-9-3 of taittirIya saMhitA

"tamuShTuhi...namobhirdevamasuraM duvasya": R^ig Veda 5.42.11
"ayaM me hasto...shivAbhimarshanaH":  R^ig Veda 10.60.12

"ye te sahasramayutaM...sarvAnava yajAmahe": 3-10-8-2 of taittirIya BrAhmaNa

"oM namo bhagavate rudrAya viShNave mR^ityurme pAhi": 10-75-1 of taittirIya AraNyaka
"prANAnAM granthirasi rudro mA vishAntakaH . tenAnnenApyAyasva .": 10-74-1 of taittirIya AraNyaka
