I tried to locate the following book. But failed so far.
Arunopanisad. English & Sanskrit.
Arunopanisat of the Srividya tradition / translated and annotated by
G. Sundaramoorthy. Madurai : Srividya Eduactional Society, 1990.
(Note that the Arunopanishad is a portion of the Taittiriya Aranyaka).
This Upanishad along with translation in Telugu lipi is also available in the
book 'Atharvaniya Panchayatana Puja Vidhanamu' by Dr. Maitreya.

This was published long time ago with the commentary of Shri Lakshmidharacharya
along with other Shakta-oriented upanishads in the Tantrik Texts series Volume
The book is out of print but luckily it has been digitized and you can download
