Can we say, this message of Sri Thayumanavar resembles the asparSa yoga of Sri Gaudapada ?

Asprasha yOga in kArika, if I am right, based on avasthAtraya viveka.  Can we say 'be still' is based on this avasthAtraya prakriya??  If yes, then we can reconcile this 'chumma iru' with kArika's asparcha yOga.  

Just my thoughts and doubts.
