Dear Sri Anandji,

Agreed. Essentially, this vAda takes off from the vaitathya prakaraNa of
MAndukya kArika, which doesn't see any purpose in splitting mithyA into
multiple categories - hence we have pAramArthika as one category, and
everything else as prAtibhAsika.
