Dear Sri Vivekji, Anilji,

Pranams,

The Sanskrit Text and an English Translation of the Uddhava Gita by ISKCON group was available sometime ago online in pdf format. I am not aware whether it is still available online.Sri Ramakrishna Math has published an English Translation of Uddhava Gita.

 Hari Om,
Udhav Gita occurs in 11 skanda of Bhagvat Purana. Pretty much similar content to Bhagavad Gita.
