[Advaita-l] Marking of veda svara-s in computer

How these markings can be done??  I am talking about the markings in the above word...Is there any software available for this??  Kindly let me know, so that it will be useful for me to put 'svara' markings for the mantra-s which I have  soft copy in word and RT format.
