We are pleased to share with you that Chinmaya International Foundation
Shodha Sansthan and Manipal University are jointly organising a two-week
International Summer School *The Living Philosophies and Cultures of India*from
24 July to 7 August, 2014. *Prof Shrinivasa Varakhedi (Vice-Chancellor,
Karnataka Sanskrit University, India)*
<http://www.ksu.ac.in/en/faculty/faculty-of-shastras/dean/> and *Prof.
Arindam Chakrabarti (Hawaii University, USA)* are Course Directors. Eminent
scholars like Prof. Prahladachar, Prof. Nirmalya Narayana Chakrabarti,
Prof. Amitha Chatterjee, Prof. Ramanujam, etc. will be the resource
persons. Apart from philosophy, different facets of Indian art forms will
be demonstrated. Prof. R. Ganesh, Prof. K.G Paulose, Prince Rama Varma and
many other eminent experts are invited. University students –
undergraduate, graduate, researchers, faculty members and other interested
are welcome to join this.
Registration fee for Indian participants is Rs. 5000.
Food and Accommodation - Rs. 5000.
