DA Da DA, Da Da Da, DA Da DA, Da DA per pAda as per your notation,
but I prefer the notation ragaNa, nagana, ragaNa, laghu, guru. Its
easier to remember.

All triShTup meters have 11 syllables per paada. Seven of the common
triShTup meters that I am aware of are :
indravajraa, upendravajraa, upajaati.h, dodhakam, shaalinii,
rathoddhataa and svaagataa.
